Diagnostics
Answers before decisions
Nothing invasive is recommended until the cause is understood. MRI, ultrasound, X-ray and blood tests are arranged quickly, and your consultant walks you through the images themselves.
Transparent pricing
A detailed health plan and clear costs after your consultation
We work with facilities and consultants to offer a transparent pricing structure. Following your initial consultation we provide a detailed health plan along with pricing tailored to your care — so you know exactly what is recommended, why, and what it costs before anything is booked.

Questions
What patients usually ask first
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can enquire directly. If your insurer requires a referral we will tell you exactly what to ask your GP for.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients are offered an appointment within the same week, including some evening slots.
Can I use private medical insurance?
Yes. Tell us your insurer and policy number and we will confirm cover before your appointment. Self-pay fees are also fixed and confirmed in writing.
What happens if I need a scan or a procedure?
Your coordinator arranges it, usually in central London, and your consultant reviews the results with you rather than sending a letter you cannot interpret.
Ready to get a clear answer?
Send us a few details about your symptoms and a patient coordinator will call you back to arrange the right appointment. No referral letter needed.
For consultants & clinics
We also work with a small number of private consultants to bring them new patients — demand generation, patient pathways and honest reporting on what each enquiry is worth.
