What we treat

Care organised around your symptoms, not our departments

Tell us what you are feeling and we will place you with the consultant who treats it most often. Below are the areas patients ask us about most.

Back, neck & nerve pain

Sciatica · slipped disc · lower back pain · trapped nerve · neck and shoulder pain

Assessment by a pain medicine consultant, MRI where needed, and image-guided injections such as nerve root blocks and facet joint injections when appropriate.

Back pain injections

Joints, bones & sports injuries

Knee pain · hip pain · shoulder impingement · ACL injury · foot and ankle problems

Orthopaedic and sports medicine consultants covering everything from physiotherapy-led recovery to arthroscopy and joint replacement.

Women's health

Heavy or painful periods · fibroids · pelvic pain · menopause · fertility concerns

Gynaecology appointments with same-visit ultrasound where possible, and a clear plan set out before you leave.

Men's health

Urinary symptoms · prostate concerns · kidney stones · erectile dysfunction

Urology consultations handled discreetly, with rapid access to diagnostics and results explained properly.

Skin & aesthetics

Mole checks · acne · eczema · rosacea · skin lesions

Diagnostics

Answers before decisions

Nothing invasive is recommended until the cause is understood. MRI, ultrasound, X-ray and blood tests are arranged quickly, and your consultant walks you through the images themselves.

Transparent pricing

A detailed health plan and clear costs after your consultation

We work with facilities and consultants to offer a transparent pricing structure. Following your initial consultation we provide a detailed health plan along with pricing tailored to your care — so you know exactly what is recommended, why, and what it costs before anything is booked.

Questions

What patients usually ask first

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can enquire directly. If your insurer requires a referral we will tell you exactly what to ask your GP for.

How quickly can I be seen?

Most patients are offered an appointment within the same week, including some evening slots.

Can I use private medical insurance?

Yes. Tell us your insurer and policy number and we will confirm cover before your appointment. Self-pay fees are also fixed and confirmed in writing.

What happens if I need a scan or a procedure?

Your coordinator arranges it, usually in central London, and your consultant reviews the results with you rather than sending a letter you cannot interpret.

Ready to get a clear answer?

Send us a few details about your symptoms and a patient coordinator will call you back to arrange the right appointment. No referral letter needed.
