Harley Patient Solutions exists because most consultants are sold advertising when what they need is a working patient pathway.
The consultancy was founded on operational experience inside a private London hospital — running marketing operations, tracking lead conversion, and watching where enquiries were won and lost between the first click and the treatment date.
That vantage point makes the problem obvious. Enquiries arrive and sit unanswered. Paid traffic lands on generic hospital pages. Nobody can say what a booked consultation costs, so budgets are set on instinct and cut on instinct.
Our work is to close that gap. We build the demand, the pages that convert it, the follow-up process behind it, and the reporting that proves what happened — then repeat the model across procedures and, in time, across specialties.
